Add and manage users

Add a new user

  1. Go to the Accounts menu in the application sidebar. Then select the Users tab.
  2. Click the Add button and fill in the following fields:
    1. Name
    2. Email
    3. Warehouse
    4. Roles (learn more about roles here)
  3. After filling in the information, click Save.
  4. To access the account, the user must go to https://app.logistics-wms.com/, enter their email, select “Can’t log in?”, and follow the steps provided.
  5. To configure working hours and skills, follow the steps described here.

Deactivate a user

  1. Go to the Accounts menu in the application sidebar. Then select the Users tab.
  2. In the users list, click the “Active” button, which will change to inactive.

Note: If you need to reactivate a user, use the search in the same menu and select the “Inactive” filter to display previously deactivated users.
