Moloni

Activate the Connector

1. Navigate to the “Plugins” menu available in the sidebar of the application.
2. Within the "API Settings" tab inside the "Moloni" section, start by setting "active".
   1. Then, fill in the following fields:
      • User
      • Password
      • Client ID
      • Client Secret
3. In the "Company" field, select the company you want.
4. In the "Import data from the last (days)" field, indicate the number of days for which you want to import data.
5. Save the information in each field by clicking the respective button.
6. Optionally, you can activate the following two fields if it makes sense for your logistics process.

Select Warehouse

1. Navigate to the “Plugins” menu available in the sidebar of the application.
2. Select the "Warehouse" tab.
3. Choose the warehouse.
4. Save by clicking the button.
5. A notification should appear indicating "Settings updated successfully".

Configure Documents

Note: Follow the same steps for both reception and shipping documents.

1. Navigate to the “Plugins” menu available in the sidebar of the application.
2. Select the "Reception Documents"/"Shipping Documents" tab.
3. Click the "Add" button.
4. Choose the document type in Moloni and the series you want to synchronize with Logistics WMS.
5. Choose the type of reception document or the shipping process, depending on the case, that corresponds to the document type selected in the previous step.
6. Choose the type of document (and series) that will be created by Logistics WMS in Moloni after the reception/shipping closure.
7. Indicate if the document created in Moloni should be in draft or finalized state.
8. Select Save.
9. Repeat the above steps as many times as the number of documents and series you want to synchronize.

In Moloni, you should follow the steps described here.

Note: In Moloni, where it asks for the "Response URI (Callback)", you should enter https://app.logistics-wms.com/.

View in the application

Integration Moloni → LogisticsWMS

The synchronization of the integration from Moloni to LogisticsWMS occurs periodically according to the following rules:

• Items: Every day at 7 AM.
• Delivery/Collection Points: Every day at 7 AM.
• Documents: Every day, every 5 minutes, documents for the days specified in the configuration are integrated.

Integration LogisticsWMS → Moloni

The integration from LogisticsWMS to Moloni occurs immediately:

• Receptions: The integration is performed when a document is finalized.
• Shipments: The integration is performed when you click on “Ship”.
• Stock adjustment: The integrations is performed when a stock adjustment is finished or an inventory is closed.
