Creating a Reception Note

Creating Lines
After saving, go to the "Lines" tab. You can input lines in two ways:
- Manually - by selecting "+ Add."
- Importing through an Excel file:
- Download the template file from "Get Template."
- Save the file on your computer.
- Open the saved file.
- Select "Enable Editing" if prompted.
- Fill in the lines (the "Batch" field is optional).
- Save and close.
- In the application, select the "Upload File" field.
- Choose the relevant file.
- Click the "Upload" button.
- Select "Save."
Note: During line loading, you can indicate batch and serial number details or only at the item level. When information is loaded manually, the batch and serial number are only requested for items that have them; however, it's optional even for those items.

Please note:
When creating a document, consider the following:
- Synchronization from an external software occurs automatically every 10 minutes. In this case, all fields will be automatically filled when sent by the external entity.
- Documents have three possible states: open, satisfied, and canceled. The document transitions from open to satisfied when the associated receipt is closed. The document can be canceled at any stage, and once done, it can be associated with a new entry.
