How to perform a Receiving Process?

Instructions

1. Go to the "Perform Reception" menu, available in the side or main menu of the application, in the "Inbound" section.
2. Select the "Receive" button for the reception you want to verify.
3. Confirm the location where you are receiving.
4. Enter the barcode:
   • If you enter a volume barcode, you should then enter the article barcode. In this case, the article will be automatically placed inside the indicated volume.
   • Enter the lot if necessary.
   • Confirm/Change the expiration date if necessary.
   • Enter the serial number if necessary.
   • Enter the Quantity.
   • Select "Confirm" or press the "Enter" key to confirm the line.
   • Go back to step 4 to proceed with entering more lines.
5. When you finish the verification process, select "Finish" to close the reception.
6. From this moment, the verified quantities will be recorded in the article movements and stock.

Note: All fields can be entered manually or read from 1D or 2D barcodes with properly configured equipment. See more in the Scanners section.

Please Note

At the time of Performing a Reception, there are configurations that should already be set:

• Creation of Unloading Location and Verification Location
• Creation of Quality States (e.g., damaged and expired)
• "Inbound" settings in the "Settings" menu.
