When a shipping order is "Not Approved"

To cancel the line:

  1. Go to the "Shipping Orders" menu, available in the sidebar or homepage of the application, under the "Outbound" section.
  2. Select "View" option on the shipping order that is marked as not approved.
  3. Navigate to the "Lines" tab.
  4. In the table, click the button.
  5. Select "Cancel Line."
  6. Confirm that you want to cancel by selecting the "Yes" button.
  7. After confirming that no other lines are marked as not approved, resend the order for picking.

To adjust the quantity:

  1. Go to the "Shipping Orders" menu, available in the sidebar or homepage of the application, under the "Outbound" section.
  2. Select "View" option on the shipping order that is marked as not approved.
  3. Navigate to the "Lines" tab.
  4. In the table, click the button
  5. Select "Edit."
  6. Adjust the quantity and save the changes.
  7. After confirming that no other lines are marked as not approved, resend the order for picking.
