How can I set a PIN for my account?

The supervisor PIN acts as a safeguard for confirming a customer return initiated by an operator.

To set up, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the profile icon in the top bar.
  2. Select "Profile."
  3. Access the "PIN" tab.
  4. Since no PIN has been set yet, fill in the two fields with the PIN you desire. It must have at least 4 digits.
  5. Click on "Save."
