How can I set a PIN for my account?
The supervisor PIN acts as a safeguard for confirming a customer return initiated by an operator.
To set up, follow these steps:
- Click on the profile icon in the top bar.
- Select "Profile."
- Access the "PIN" tab.
- Since no PIN has been set yet, fill in the two fields with the PIN you desire. It must have at least 4 digits.
- Click on "Save."
